Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free global shipping on all orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment.
Depending on your location, orders typically arrive within:
• USA: 8–12 business days
• Canada/UK/AU/NZ: 8–14 business days
• Other international: 10–20 business days
Where is my order being shipped from?
We ship from fulfillment centers in the USA and Asia, depending on stock availability and delivery speed.
My order still hasn't arrived, I think it's lost?
Please contact us after 20 business days of no updates to the shipping. We’ll investigate and either reship or refund, no questions asked.
You can track your order live or please Contact Us and we will assist you right away.
What happens if no one is at my delivery address and my order arrives?
Anyone at your delivery address can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually, the postman will leave the package at your front door, in the mailbox, or he may leave a collection slip if no one is available and you can pick your parcel up from your local post office.

I need to change my order, who can help me with this?

Emails & Notifications
Will I receive a confirmation email that my payment has been received and product(s) shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notifying you of confirmation of your order. Tracking information is available 1-3 business days after you have placed your order.
I placed an order but I didn't get a confirmation email... What's going on?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us form.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Google Pay.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
